Jennifer's camera is like a third arm, it's been there for as long as she can remember. Raised by her hippie parents in San Dimas, she carries herself with a contagious joy and peace. Shooting weddings for over 10 years now, she naturally guides and charms each and every client into a relaxed and happy place, it's impossible to not love working with her - or her amazing imagery.
Dunes Dunes and more Dunes! I had the pleasure of photographing one of my first weddings out in Glamis back in 2009. It was such an amazing experience being surrounded by such an intimate group out in the middle of nowhere. The Bride and Groom said their vows right on the sand and then rode off on their bikes...pretty epic if you ask me.
This geometric glass and metal jewelry box that my mother purchased for me on a trip we took together to Mexico, we filled it with seashells that her and I collected off of the beach together. She is quite a special woman to me, pretty much my best girlfriend, seeing those seashells on my dresser every morning puts a smile on my face.
I must say that I am pretty ecstatic about being alive right now, but if I had to pick I would say that I would have loved to live specifically during the Bourbon Restoration, in France, to get a visual think the Count of Monte Cristo! Despite the idea of not having plumbing or electricity, the idea of that time period in Europe makes me almost swoon!
El Floridita in Hollywood is by far my favorite place to spend Monday nights, the amazing food and live cuban salsa feed my soul, not to mention I get a pretty good workout dancing till 2am! Bottega Louie in Downtown always takes me away to another place and makes me feel like I am on vacation with its amazing Bolognese. Whenever I am feeling like I need a night under the stars surrounded by laughter and the clinging of glasses I head over to Gracias Madre in WEHO for their amazing vegan selections!
Dining al fresco, underneath bistro lit olive trees, sipping fine wine, eating amazing food, and laughing the night away with my closest friends, family, and my future love.
Chapstick, I'd be lost without you...
I cannot go a day without drinking a gallon of water!
Pandora is my life, I love the stations I have created and how they continue to evolve with me.
Voice Memos on my iPhone have been such an amazing tool to help me write and record music, it's a work in progress but my creative mind is always going and having that app to get things down immediately helps me to not go insane!
Plantain Chips from Trader Joes are my weakness. You might see me with multiple bags at one time!
Nashville on ABC has got me hooked! It's my weekly indulgence since I don't own a TV, I'll watch episodes a week after they air online, I love it!
