Approval for sharing wedding imagery is available 60 days from a wedding through 6 months after a wedding date. After 6 months, the wedding will be archived on our servers!
Please wait at least 60 days from the wedding date (or 30 days from a portrait date) before requesting approval, as we complete the final edit at this time. (It is confusing to a client if they see images on another company’s website/social media account before their contracted photographer, onelove, posts their gallery).
All images taken from your camera must be approved before sharing on Instagram, Facebook or your website. Please cross reference our delivery gallery with your images, and only share images that were delivered to the client. In the case one of these images was different/not delivered to the client there could be some confusion if they see it online.
A wedding client receives their sneak peek gallery 30 days from their wedding, you also receive a link to this for review. The final delivery of all imagery is 60-90 days from the wedding date. The final delivery is only sent to photographers upon request (Email hello@onelovephotography.com) and is only hosted for a 30 day period.
– Review the Pixieset gallery that was delivered to the client (Request from hello@onelovephotography.com if needed) and select up to 20 images from the client’s delivery that you would like to edit for your own website/Instagram account.
Option A: Place these files in a gallery of your own and share with Sara for review.
Option B (EASIEST!): Create your own Favorites list with up to 20 images on our client’s Pixieset gallery. When you create a Favorites list, please email Sara to request her to review to approve images.
Photographers are welcome and encouraged to share the work they capture while second shooting or lead shooting for Onelove Photography in their personal portfolios, websites, and social media, with the following guidelines:
Credit:
All shared imagery must include the following credit line:
“Photographed/Shot for @myonelove/Onelove Photography”
This acknowledges the contracted relationship and clarifies that the client was booked through Onelove.
Client and Vendor Relationships:
Since Onelove Photography is the contracted party with the client and venue, please do not tag or credit the venue, planner, or other vendors in your posts. All vendor coordination was managed through our team, and tagging vendors may create confusion around the client relationship.
Respect for Client Privacy:
If a gallery has not yet been published or shared publicly by Onelove, please confirm with us before posting any images. We want to ensure clients see their full gallery first and that any exclusivity or publication plans are respected.
In-Portolio Display:
When using images in a flash slideshow or as standalone features in your portfolio, please imprint the credit directly on the image as:
“Your Name / Onelove Photography”
This may appear on the image itself or directly beneath each individual image.
If an image is displayed full-screen (with no captioning space beneath), a visible credit must be included in the bottom corner of the image itself.
Using a credits page or summary credit elsewhere on the site is not sufficient, as it’s often overlooked.
Thank you for helping maintain consistency and clarity in how we represent our work as a team. If you ever have questions about sharing or need suggested credits, feel free to reach out.
