The seating display greeted everyone with vibrant flowers and a sweet message: “From coast to coast, all the people we love most.” Designed by the incredible Vanda Floral and So Eventful

The reception was a blast, with the couple showing off their dance moves and setting a fun, lively vibe. The bride looked absolutely stunning in her pastel gown, surrounded by her bridesmaids in bright pink outfits. The lush greenery provided the perfect backdrop, making everything feel dreamy and romantic. Every little detail was on point, creating an unforgettable day filled with love and joy. The Carneros Resort Napa has an amazing ballroom that is perfect for hot summer weddings to get down on the dance floor in the AC 😀

Then came the surprise dance from the bridesmaids. In their elegant pink dresses, they nailed a beautifully choreographed routine that had everyone cheering. The bride’s reaction was priceless—a perfect photo moment by our amazing photographers 🙂

Not to be outdone, the groomsmen took the floor next. They performed a high-energy dance that got the whole crowd clapping along. The groom, leading the charge with his infectious energy, was the star of the show, jumping and twirling, much to the delight of the guests. We were right there waiting to photograph every move, making sure these joyful moments were preserved forever.

Our favorite part of the night is when we roam the room, capturing candid shots of guests sharing stories, laughing, and celebrating with the happy couple. The night was pure joy. There was dancing, heartfelt toasts, and plenty of wine—a nod to Napa’s famous vineyards.
