We’re looking for a super organized, detail-loving Office Assistant to support the back-end magic of our wedding photography studio, One Love Photography. Our team captures over 100 weddings per year across California, and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep things beautifully streamlined behind the scenes.

This part-time role is perfect for someone with a background in wedding or portrait photography, who thrives on logistics, loves working with images, and gets a little thrill from an ultra-satisfying spreadsheet.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Image + Editing Flow Management

  • Download and organize incoming images from photographers via FTP

  • Track editing assignments and update our team calendar and spreadsheets

  • Combine final edited images with original raw files for archival

  • Oversee file organization and long-term image storage (cloud + hard drives)

Team + Workflow Support

  • Keep our staff calendar and photographer assignments up to date

  • Send contracts and travel details to photographers

  • Help manage project timelines and make sure everyone’s on track

Client Image Delivery + Album Support

  • Monitor delivery timelines for weddings and engagement sessions

  • Coordinate client album workflows (selections, design, shipping)

  • Provide friendly email support to clients throughout the process

Vendor + Marketing Support

  • Source highlight images to share with wedding vendors

  • Respond to image requests from planners, florists, venues, etc.

  • Assist with uploading and scheduling Instagram and Facebook posts

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1–2+ years of experience in photography (wedding or portrait ideal!)

  • Have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft OneDrive, Honeybook and Google Sheets

  • Are familiar with FTP platforms and cloud storage systems

  • Are confident working with large batches of images

  • Love a good checklist and have natural organizational instincts

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with warmth

Bonus points if you’re familiar with PhotoMechanic or have worked with image archiving systems before.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dependable team player with a professional and positive attitude

  • Someone with a genuine interest in photography, events, and storytelling

  • A proactive communicator who stays on top of details and deadlines

  • A calm, solutions-oriented presence who thrives in a remote work environment

  • Someone excited about supporting a women-owned creative business with heart

Perks of the Role:

  • Flexible remote schedule (some availability during business hours is ideal)

  • Work closely with a kind and creative team

  • Be part of a brand that values authenticity, storytelling, and real connection
