We’re looking for a super organized, detail-loving Office Assistant to support the back-end magic of our wedding photography studio, One Love Photography. Our team captures over 100 weddings per year across California, and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep things beautifully streamlined behind the scenes.
This part-time role is perfect for someone with a background in wedding or portrait photography, who thrives on logistics, loves working with images, and gets a little thrill from an ultra-satisfying spreadsheet.
Image + Editing Flow Management
Download and organize incoming images from photographers via FTP
Track editing assignments and update our team calendar and spreadsheets
Combine final edited images with original raw files for archival
Oversee file organization and long-term image storage (cloud + hard drives)
Team + Workflow Support
Keep our staff calendar and photographer assignments up to date
Send contracts and travel details to photographers
Help manage project timelines and make sure everyone’s on track
Client Image Delivery + Album Support
Monitor delivery timelines for weddings and engagement sessions
Coordinate client album workflows (selections, design, shipping)
Provide friendly email support to clients throughout the process
Vendor + Marketing Support
Source highlight images to share with wedding vendors
Respond to image requests from planners, florists, venues, etc.
Assist with uploading and scheduling Instagram and Facebook posts
Have 1–2+ years of experience in photography (wedding or portrait ideal!)
Have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft OneDrive, Honeybook and Google Sheets
Are familiar with FTP platforms and cloud storage systems
Are confident working with large batches of images
Love a good checklist and have natural organizational instincts
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with warmth
Bonus points if you’re familiar with PhotoMechanic or have worked with image archiving systems before.
