Anytime you book an event shooting for Onelove, you will receive a calendar invitation. In order to ensure that it has been received, we need each team member to accept the event (RSVP “Yes”).

Responding with your Personal Email

On mobile, open the event on your calendar app on your phone:

On Apple Calendar:

 

On Google Calendar:

 

We will remind you if you have not RSVP’d, and you can use these above instructions to accept the invitation.

Responding with your Onelove Email

If you have a onelove email account, please always reply via your company email.

OPTION 1: Add Onelove Email to Apple Mail Account

 

Open Apple Calendar, scroll to find your onelove email (you can change it’s color, too)

Open Apple Mail App, see email inboxes:

 

Option 2: Add Onelove Email to Gmail and Google Calendar App

Click the top right corner of your app to add accounts:

 

You can open both the Gmail app to reply from your ONELOVE email straight from your Gmail App, as well as respond to calendar invitations with your onelove email in the Google Calendar App.

By confirming the event, it will save onto your phone and prevent any missed events/forgotten start times (eek!). Thank you!
