“Erin Taylor, our planner, made a custom decal for the dance floor that said ‘Everybody Dance Now’ which definitely captures our personalities. She also designed a playful dessert sign that added some pizzaz to our delicious spread. As for florals, Emily from Shotgun Florals worked her magic and warmed up the space of the barn by using beautiful spring garden flowers and antique brass pieces.”

We scoured websites searching for a band, and struck gold with Pacific Soul Band–they truly made the reception a full on dance party! Dan also brought the house down with his rendition of ‘American Girl’ and ‘Ice Ice Baby.’ Everyone was singing along the entire night and having a blast. As for the aesthetics of the wedding, we wanted classic with a slight modern twist. I told my florist and wedding planner that they could surprise me with some of the details, and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything came together.”
