Invisible String Theory at San Francisco City Hall | Film Engagement Session

So… Brianna and Lucas might actually be the definition of Invisible String Theory.

Their whole relationship feels like one giant “WAIT, WHAT?!” moment after another. These two met four years ago at a wedding at Casa Bella in Sunol, where Brianna’s cousin was marrying Lucas’ best friend. Lucas was a groomsman, Brianna was there celebrating family, and somewhere between the dance floor, wedding chaos, and fate doing its thing… they met. Cute already, right? But it somehow gets even crazier.

Brianna and Lucas recently found out her grandpa used to play cards with his uncle back in the day. Like… excuse me??? Their families were basically orbiting each other for decades before they even knew it. And THEN Shannon realized she’s actually best friends with Lucas’ cousin. Taylor Swift would absolutely have something to say about this.

For their San Francisco City Hall engagement session, they wanted all the retro nostalgia vibes with a timeless, sexy, old Hollywood feel, and we were immediately obsessed. We photographed everything on both digital and film wedding photography, which made the entire session feel extra dreamy and cinematic. Think Grace Kelly energy, flirty little glances, vintage romance movie stills, and the kind of chemistry that makes photographing a couple way too fun.
